Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Go One, we prioritize customer satisfaction by providing transparent and straightforward cancellation and refund processes for all our services. Please review the following policies for a better understanding of how cancellations and refunds work across various services offered by Go One.

1. Cab Booking Services

a) Ride Cancellation by User

  • Free Cancellation: You can cancel your ride without any charges if done within 2 minutes of booking or before the driver reaches the pickup location.
  • Cancellation Fee: If you cancel the ride after the driver has already started heading to your location or has arrived at the pickup point, a cancellation fee may apply. This fee is to compensate the driver for their time and effort.

b) Ride Cancellation by Driver

Drivers may cancel the ride under the following circumstances:

  • Inability to contact the rider.
  • Safety concerns or other valid reasons. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged to the user.

2. Food & Grocery Delivery

a) Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel a food or grocery order within 2 minutes of placing the order, provided it hasn’t been confirmed by the restaurant or vendor.
  • Once the order is confirmed and preparation or packaging begins, cancellation is not possible, and no refund will be issued.

b) Order Issues

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, or if there are issues with the quality of the food or groceries, you may request a refund by contacting customer support at goonetechnologies@gmail.com / +91 95388 99975. Refunds will be issued after reviewing the situation.

3. Courier Services

a) Cancellation

You can cancel a courier request before the pickup has been confirmed by the delivery partner. Once confirmed, cancellations may incur charges depending on the time and resources already spent on the service.

b) Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued for:

  • Packages not delivered due to service errors.
  • Damaged or lost items in transit, subject to investigation and approval.

4. Bill Payments and Other Services

Payments made for utility bills, mobile recharges, or any other non-refundable services through the Go One app are final. Cancellations and refunds are not applicable once the payment has been processed.

5. Refund Process

For eligible cancellations, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Notification: You will receive a confirmation email or notification once the refund has been initiated.

6. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Service completed as per request but later disputed by the user.
  • Order cancellations beyond the cancellation window or after the service has been completed.
  • No-show for scheduled services without proper cancellation.
