Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Go One, we are committed to ensuring that all your deliveries, including food, groceries, packages, and other services, are handled with the utmost care and efficiency. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to shipping and delivery for all services offered through the Go One app.

1. Service-Specific Delivery Details

a) Cab Booking

  • Instant Availability: Once you book a ride, your driver will arrive at the pickup location within the estimated time displayed on the app.
  • Tracking: Track your ride in real time through the Go One app, where you can see the driver’s route and estimated time of arrival.

b) Food & Grocery Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time is shown when you place your order. While we strive to deliver within the expected time frame, delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, or high demand.
  • Real-Time Tracking: You can track your food or grocery order in real time, from preparation to delivery.
  • Delivery Locations: We currently deliver food and groceries within specific service areas listed in the app. Please ensure that your delivery address falls within the serviceable range.

c) Courier & Package Delivery

  • Delivery Timeframe: We offer both same-day and next-day delivery options depending on the service level you choose. Estimated delivery times are displayed at the time of booking.
  • Package Tracking: Once your package is picked up, you can track its status in real time via the Go One app.
  • Delivery Areas: Our courier services are available in specific regions, which are shown when you book the service.

2. Delivery Charges

  • Cab Services: Delivery charges for cab services are included in the total fare, which is calculated based on the distance and type of service.
  • Food & Grocery Delivery: Delivery charges for food and groceries vary based on the distance from the vendor to your location and will be displayed during the checkout process.
  • Courier Services: Delivery fees for courier services depend on the package size, weight, and delivery distance, and will be calculated and shown before confirmation of the order.

3. Delivery Areas

Go One services are available in specific cities and regions. Please check our app for serviceable areas for cab bookings, food deliveries, groceries, and courier services. If your location is outside the service area, you will not be able to place a delivery order.

4. Unsuccessful Deliveries

a) For Cab Services

If you are not present at the pickup location within 10 minutes of the driver’s arrival, the booking will be cancelled, and cancellation fees may apply.

b) For Food & Grocery Deliveries

If the delivery fails due to incorrect addresses, or if the recipient is unavailable to receive the order:

  • Reattempt: In some cases, reattempts may be made, but additional charges could apply.
  • Cancellation: The order may be cancelled after a failed delivery, and refunds will be subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

c) For Courier Services

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier service will attempt to contact the recipient. In cases of failed delivery after multiple attempts, additional charges for re-delivery may apply.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, certain factors such as bad weather, traffic conditions, strikes, or high-demand periods may cause unavoidable delays. In such cases, we will inform you through the app and provide real-time updates on the status of your order.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you can track its progress in real-time within the Go One app. The app will display:

  • The current status of your order.
  • Estimated time of arrival.
  • Driver or delivery personnel details.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, you can report the issue within 24 hours of delivery through the Go One app or by contacting our support team at goonetechnologies@gmail.com / +91 95388 99975. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund based on the circumstances.

8. International Deliveries

Currently, Go One’s delivery services, including courier and package services, are limited to domestic areas within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

9. Changes to the Shipping & Delivery Policy

Go One reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page, with the updated Effective Date. Please review this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
