Welcome to Go One. By using our super app and the services provided therein, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, as they govern your use of the Go One platform, its services, and your relationship with us. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use our app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Go One, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the app, including drivers, service providers, and customers.
2. Services Provided
Go One offers a variety of services, including but not limited to:
- Cab booking services
- Food and grocery delivery
- Courier and package delivery
- Online shopping
- Bill payments and other utility services
These services are subject to availability and may vary depending on your location. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Registration & Account
- To use Go One, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and you agree not to share your account information with anyone.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Go One is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
4. User Conduct
By using Go One, you agree:
- Not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the services provided by Go One or the app’s functionality.
- Not to use the app for any unlawful purposes, including fraud, harassment, or abuse of other users.
- To respect and adhere to all traffic, delivery, and safety regulations while using our services.
5. Pricing & Payment
- Go One services are subject to fees, which are displayed at the time of booking or placing an order. Prices are subject to change based on demand, distance, and other factors.
- Payment for services is made through the Go One app using accepted payment methods, such as credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, or UPI.
- All payments are final once confirmed. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a booking or order under certain conditions. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy details the terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and fees that may apply. We encourage you to review this policy for more information.
7. Delivery of Services
- Cab services: Estimated arrival times of drivers are displayed in the app. While we aim to be punctual, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events.
- Food & grocery deliveries: Delivery times may vary depending on location, restaurant or vendor preparation, and external factors.
- Courier services: Package delivery is based on the time frame you choose at the time of booking. Go One is not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
8. Third-Party Services
Go One may integrate or offer services from third-party providers (e.g., restaurants, drivers, delivery partners). We are not responsible for the quality, conduct, or reliability of these third-party service providers. By using Go One, you acknowledge that you may engage with third-party services and agree to the terms and conditions they set.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Go One app, including logos, graphics, text, and other materials, is owned by Go One or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the app without prior written consent from Go One.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Go One is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app or services.
- While we strive to provide accurate and timely services, Go One cannot guarantee that services will be free of errors or interruptions.
- Go One shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from third-party service providers or for any issues arising during transportation, delivery, or transactions.
11. Termination of Use
Go One reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we suspect fraudulent activity, misuse of the app, violation of these terms, or for any other reason. Upon termination, you are no longer permitted to use the app, and any outstanding amounts owed to Go One must be paid.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Go One, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the app or any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
13. Changes to Terms & Conditions
Go One reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated Effective Date. Continued use of the app after changes are made indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
